Sporter Rifle League

The Outdoor Sportsman’s Club is once again sponsoring a Sporter Rifle Team. Matches will be held at the Outdoor Sportsman’s Club on Monday evenings starting Monday, September 13, 2021.

First relay starts at 6:30 p.m. Second relay starts at approximately 7:15.

A light rifle, off-hand competition using .22 cal. rimfire rifles. The shooting position is off-hand standing with the target at 50 feet. Team scores are e-mailed to the N.Y.S. Sporter Rifle League and are used to see which teams win each week’s meet.

Cost for each half season:

Adults: $25.00

Juniors: Free! (ages 12 to 18)

First half season: September 13, 2021 through November 22, 2021
Second half season: November 29, 2021 through January 31, 2022

If you don’t want to sign up for an entire half-season, you can pay $3.00 for each meet.

Participants must supply their own rifle and ammunition.
