Questions?

We welcome you to Contact Us if you have any questions about the club or events. Before you do, though, we may be able to provide you with an answer more quickly! Check out the FAQs below.

No, OSC is a private club. Access to the facilities is limited to members only outside of public shooting events. Non-members can also attend as Guests of OSC Members. For all events, participants must bring their own equipment and ammunition. OSC does not rent equipment nor does it permit non-members to reserve ranges for group shooting events.

The cost for members may vary from range to range according to current policies in place. Each event will post the cost per relay or season on the calendar event page. OSC does not rent range time to non-members.  If you are looking to rent a range, there are commercial ranges in Altoona, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Harrisburg that may serve your needs.

First, get to know us! Come to public shooting events (all posted on the Calendar) to meet members and learn how to properly and safely shoot at OSC’s facilities. Review the process for submitting a Membership Application.

Members can propose new shooting events or carry the torch in running on-going shooting events. The process for this can be found on the Range Reservation page.

Most events are open to the public. All upcoming events are posted on the Calendar, which includes time, range, cost, and contact information for the event organizer. Curious about other events we hold throughout the year? Check out the Club Events page for additional details on different events, including recommended equipment, course of fire, and more!
