Ladies Indoor Pistol Practice – Outdoors!

For the last session – moving outdoors to Pits #1 and #2 to set up an IDPA range.

This new program is being introduced for ladies who would like to just shoot and network with other ladies interested in the sport of handguns!  We all need time on the range to become more familiar with our guns and feel comfortable that we can execute a well-placed shot if the need were to ever arise.  We plan to have fun while being safe and hone in on accuracy, trigger control and most importantly safe gun handling skills.  This program will be flexible and will evolve with the shooters.

Who Can Shoot?

Ladies pistol practice is open to the public.  Any lady 18 or older who can legally and safely handle a handgun.  New shooters are welcome.  Experienced shooters will be present to assist and supervise less experienced shooters.

What to Expect

The practice will take place on the indoor range.  Initially we will start at close yardage shooting from the divider benches.  You will be able to select the target you would like to shoot from bullseye style to silhouettes.  A range officer will call the line instructing shooters when it is safe to load, shoot and when guns must be open with chamber flags inserted and all shooters clear of the line.  Safety is our first and foremost concern.
